Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in service (brunch/breakfast highly recommended)
* Must be available on weekends
* Excellent customer service skills
* Speed, organization, and autonomy

Assets:
* Knowledge of sommellerie
* Experience in high-volume restaurants
* Experience as a barista
