What you'll be doing

You're the face of our hospitality—guiding guests through the meal with knowledge, timing, and genuine care.

• Know the menu, allergens, and beverage basics well enough to recommend confidently
• Manage your section's pace: greet, order-taking, coursing, and follow-up without hovering
• Handle payments, splits, and issues with professionalism and calm
• Work tightly with kitchen, bar, and support roles so nothing gets dropped
