What you'll be doing

Supporting a high-volume, elevated cocktail program by maintaining an impeccably organized and fully stocked bar. Assisting bartenders throughout service with ice, glassware, premium ingredients, guest service, and mise en place, while maintaining rigorous standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation. Anticipating service needs, managing restocking efficiently, and contributing to a seamless and refined guest experience in a fast-paced cocktail environment. Opportunity for continued growth and development in both service and behind the bar, as determined by management.
