Bottega Pizzeria is looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo passionate about authentic Neapolitan pizza. You'll prepare hand-stretched pizzas in a wood-burning oven, make dough and prepare ingredients. The candidate will maintain food quality and safety standards, help manage a small team, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

What we're looking for:

- 1–2 years of pizzaiolo experience
- Experience with wood-burning ovens and Neapolitan pizza
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management
- Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently

Bottega Pizzeria recherche un pizzaiolo expérimenté passionné par la pizza napolitaine authentique. Vous préparerez des pizzas étirées à la main dans un four à bois, préparez la pâte et les ingrédients. Le candidat devra maintenir les normes de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire, aider à gérer une petite équipe et prospérer dans une cuisine au rythme rapide.

Ce que nous recherchons :
