• Lead pre-shift, floor presence, and recovery when service goes sideways
• Manage labor, comps, and vendor or maintenance follow-ups as needed
• Coach hospitality and accountability; celebrate wins and address gaps directly
• Partner with kitchen leadership on pacing, menu changes, and guest feedback
