You support the leadership team in running smooth shifts and keeping guests and staff aligned with our standards.

• Step in for the manager on duty: floor presence, pacing, and problem-solving when things get busy
• Coach the team on service, safety, and consistency without losing the human touch
• Help with scheduling, inventory, cash handling, or vendor follow-up as needed
• Keep communication clear between kitchen, bar, and floor so nothing falls through the cracks

• Assurer la communication cuisine, bar et salle pour que rien ne tombe dans l'oubli
