• Dial in espresso, steam milk, and build beverages to our standards and recipes
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and calibrated; taste and adjust when needed
• Guide guests through the menu with patience and genuine recommendations
• Support opening/closing tasks, pastry case, and a smooth handoff to the next shift
