You keep the dining room turning over smoothly—clearing, resetting, and supporting servers so guests always land at a clean, welcoming table.

• Clear and reset tables quickly without disrupting conversation or pace
• Refill water, bread, and basics; run food or glassware when the team needs backup
• Polish glassware and silver; maintain bus stations and sorting areas
• Communicate with hosts and servers on pacing, large parties, and special arrangements
